Wilshire Consumer Credit Partners with Los Angeles Red Shield Community Center

Wilshire Consumer Credit, a Los Angeles-based auto title loan company, donated sports equipment totaling 150 jerseys, basketballs, and baseball equipment to The Salvation Army Red Shield and Community Center to help support the wellness of Los Angeles’ youth.

The donation was given to the Red Shield Community Center to support their sports and wellness program to help encourage the children of their own self-worth. “The gift comes at an important time for us. Our sports equipment was in dire condition, and to be replaced. The team jerseys for our leagues where destroyed. This money will allow our children to be able to enjoy their fitness. Wilshire Consumer Credit’s gift will allow us to give the children the opportunity to enjoy being fit which will hopefully carry throughout their lives. This is a wonderful addition to the community center,” Irene Lewis said.
