In this document the words “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Wilshire Consumer Credit (“WCC”) and any of its affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees. The words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual identified on the loan or credit application or request for financing options that you have submitted to Wilshire and any of its affiliates (the “Request”).
You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions and certify that everything you have stated is true and correct.
You authorize Wilshire Consumer Credit or any lender we submit this application to (“us”, “we”) to obtain consumer credit reports from time to time as we want, for any permissible purpose, in connection with the transaction that is proposed by this application or any future update, renewal, or extension of that transaction. Upon request, you will be informed whether or not a consumer report was ordered. If a report was requested, you will be informed of the name and address of the consumer credit reporting agency that furnished the report. We may keep this application whether or not it is approved. You authorize us to check your credit and employment history and to answer questions others may ask us about your credit record with us. You agree that we may disclose certain nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated financial institutions or third parties and that we are not responsible for any services that might be provided by nonaffiliated financial institutions, creditors, or third parties. You understand that your information sharing consent will remain in effect until you revoke or modify it. You may revoke your information sharing consent at any time.
You agree that your telephone communications with us and any financial company that reviews this credit application or your account may be monitored and/or recorded to assure the quality of service. You give your express consent to receive calls and text messages from Wilshire Consumer Credit (“WCC”) or our third party debt collector at any telephone number associated with your account that you provide to us now or in the future, including cellular phones, wireless telephone numbers or other wireless devices, regardless of whether you incur charges as a result. Furthermore, you expressly consent and agree to WCC (and its affiliates, agents, assigns and service providers) contacting you by the following methods including, but not limited to, any telephone dialing system, sending text messages or e-mails using any e-mail address you provide now or in the future, using manual calling methods, pre-recorded/artificial voice messages and/or use of an automatic dialing device or system, as applicable. You understand that your authorization may be revoked only via written correspondence to Wilshire Consumer Credit at P.O. Box 76809, Los Angeles, CA 90076-0809, or electronic mail at info@wilshireconsumer.com. You agree that we can send disclosures or other communications to you electronically at the e-mail address you have given us.
